Margaret Robinson (better known to her clients, family and friends as Peggy) has been involved in the real estate business for well over 30 years. Her experience includes working in both residential and commercial property sales and residential property management. Prior to working as a real estate agent for Windermere Pacific Coast Properties she worked at GMAC Mortgage (Seattle, Washington) as the “quality control” entity for all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac contract submissions, and spent 12 years as the President and CEO of Roosters Properties LLC; a private real estate investment company with properties in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Texas. Her meticulous attention to every detail through each phase of buying or selling a home assures each of her customers the highest level of professionalism and satisfaction.

Peggy is originally from New York State, but chose several years ago to relocate to the ‘other’ coast. “Although we have seen many changes over the years, one thing never changes and that’s the quality of life that San Diego offers to its residents. It’s a wonderful place to live and work.” She is ready to assist you in finding your place in the sun.
