Michelle is knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of successfully closing escrow and possesses excellent communication skills in listening to and solving the needs of her clients.
Integrity, promptness, and professionalism are the commitments that she makes to each and every client. Many of Michelle’s clients are referrals from previously satisfied buyers and sellers or past clients themselves whose real estate needs have changed. Michelle focuses her efforts on providing superior service, value and dedication to her clients and in return, hopes to earn their trust and respect. “What I want to do” she says, “is become their real estate consultant for life. I want to be there for my clients after escrow closes, to help them if a problem arises or if they need a referral later to help them improve or maintain their home.”
Using a broad reaching network of active buyers and seller’s Michelle is often able to help her clients achieve quick results. Helping her clients get preapproved for a mortgage loan is another way she works to keep the process flowing smoothly. Michelle has up to date knowledge of available loan programs and is in constant touch with lending professionals who can help secure competitive loans and identify the best loan product for the individual.
In addition to selling real estate full time, Michelle enjoys boating, fishing and backpacking with her husband and two boys. Michelle is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and San Diego Association of Realtors.
